This Job Ticket can is scanned from DAEHO i-Cutter (with CIP4 module and HP integration option) and DAEHO i-Cutter makes optimized cutting sequence automatically from Job Ticket. This function dramatically reduces READY TIME for cutting jobs. Also it supports faster and more convenient cutting jobs. In our experiments, it can increase cutting efficiency 170% more.

Moreover, this integration and automatic cutting job generation make cutting jobs easier. The operator just scan barcode on Job Ticket then follow job instruction on the screen with animation. The screen shows the insertion, rotation of paper and cutting block. So that even unexperienced worker can operate the machine if he learned how to use machine safely.
